Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. During holidays, special launches, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping times vary depending on the carrier and destination. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Shipping Delays

Marva's Candles is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to find the best possible solution.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Warm Weather Notice

Because our products are made with wax, they may soften or melt during periods of extreme heat. We carefully package every order, but Marva's Candles cannot guarantee that wax products will not be affected by high temperatures during transit.
